I've always been partial to Barney's "soliloquy" in Andy on Trial.
"...When you're a lawman and you're dealing with people, you do a whole lot better if you go not so much by the book, but by the heart. ..."
...Or perhaps Andy's short soliloquy, "Mr. McBeevee!" ... "Hello! Somebody call?" I always liked that part.
