Fireworks Day

Please keep in mind the city ordinances concerning fireworks. 1.) Obey all rules. 2.) No firework sparks should rise above Leon in height. 3.) No fireworks should sound like Yankee cannons overtaking Richmond. 4.) No fireworks should be lit anywhere near Otis Campbell. 5.) Continue to obey all rules. 6.) Have a happy 4th of July!
