Posted by ElysianStar I'd never had someone just appear in front of me like that, so I was so surprised that all I could do was look at him. That kind of stuff doesn't come natural to me. I have asked him to visit me again a couple of times, but he hasn't come yet. I tend to get pretty nervous (not so much consciously...it's just in the background) about letting my mind really believe that all this "really" happens...so I think that's kinna holding me back from receiving him. Weird things like my earlier post "randomly" happen to me, but I'm not so good at purposefully drawing them to me when I want. Could you recommend a good book for working through that kind of issue? What you said about "ashram" was interesting. I've always been drawn to the idea of a mystery, occult school. A lot of the occult books out there just don't feel "right" to me, and I'd love to have the chance to discuss all the different philosophies and such with people. Most of the people I've met are into kind of a "lite" Wicca or things like that, but what I'm looking for more of a deeper, occult knowledge. I've started reading William Gray, and I really like his stuff. Anyway, thanks for posting and reading my ramble!
