If you have any affinity or talent in that direction, just paying attention to the intended aspect will tend to amplify any possible skill.
A possibility might be to -taking a page from Donald Kraig - focus on your younger self, say when you were first aware of any abilities or magical interest. Try and get as clear -meaning as diamond-like- a focus as possible on who you were and what you looked like. Create a sigil which embodies your intention to dramatically increase your telepathic ability. Visualize that sigil imprinted on/over your image's third eye and then sinking into his brain. (A picture might be a useful tool here.) Know without any doubt that this has not only occurred but also has been (now) a part of your ongoing etheric body for all the time between then and today. Banish and clear as usual.
