First - contact Lady Mimi. You're local and can get one-on-one advice. This is a precious gift.
Second- if, for some reason you cannot see her, cannot call her (on her 800 number fer Goddesssake!) or have Other Issues, then:
Make a powder of:
Bay
Frangipani
Lavendar
Cinnamon
mix with some sugar and sprinkle in the underwear of the wandering bozo.
Try and visualize his bad behavior stopping with the addition of each ingredient and it helps if you grind them up slowly yourself from fresh, dry ingredients.
If you've got an anger jones going on about it all, you can increase the amount of cinnamon for that 'burning sensation'.
