It sounds to me like more than one person could safely confront. What I would first do if I had a friend who was in that position would be to work for his/her personal protection. The demons who thrive on arrangements like this are in the habit of throwing heroes under the bus, whenever possible. In an environment that full of invisible parasites, it the first responsibility of the individual to minimize personal risk. Once that is taken care of, then one could work toward discreetly recruiting those co-workers who were affirmative to the undertaking. So, the first thing I would do is to start seriously researching protection magick, especially with regard to those entities that thrive on confusion and pain. Any warrior in any situation needs to know his limitations. But, if a powerful enough deity could be enlisted to assist, much might be accomplished. At the other end, after seeking the necessary guidance, one should be prepared to face the possibility that the only safe thing to do is to retreat.
