found an oil that someone left. Needed to know what it is for and if I can get it back to its owner.

I found a vial with and oil in it called arabian rose. I do not know what this is for. It was left in my gym and I believe in magic so I would like to know what it is used for and if I can get it back to its owner out of respect. Obivously this person needs this oil. It looks brand new. can you help me please. Thank you
