Getting a Cancer is easy be sensual with him, Make contact if you know him well enough a short rub on the shoulder or back will spark intrest. Be straight foreward with him no beating around the bush.
ask your self do you really want a cancer? we are controlling, mood changes like the tide, sensitive, quite until you get to know and did i say contolling? Loyalty will always be a test
the good outweighs the bad by far tho if you can deal with the bad
