Dear Snow,
It seems to me that, if this pouch is already working positively for you, it is attuned to you. Therefore, you can certainly add to it those items that are power-increasing for you. If they make it too big, you could try taking items out, one at a time, until the pouch's effect changes or stops. Then put that one back in.
