I have been using a Selenite (spelling?) wand, which I purchased at a local lapidary shop. You scrape the Selinite over every inch of your body. (Not hard or anything like that) It removes negativity. Rue also works. You boil water, add Rue (the dried herb)and bath in it from the top down. I use a plastic gallon container and add a quartz crystal which has been charged. Anyway, do it shower style so the negativity can go down the drain. As you are rinsing yourself, know that you are being cleaned inside as well as outside. You can also practice it just washing your hands.
You can consecrate your food and imagine each cell in your body recieving the positive energy for your strength and purity. No tv watching or reading. Just concentrate on the food energy.
If you have bad karma from this lifetime, know that your cells are renewed everyday and the soul rebuilds everyday. You have control over your ownself. Past karma can be lightened in life and death. Its easier to start when alive, with this lifetime.
I'm studying Hermetics and am reading a book by Franz Bardon which is a big help. What happend to me was a psychic attack by a spirit whose Karma is soooooo bad that it is payup time for it. The contact alone created negativity and that I'm trying to get rid of. My experience has been documented and I do have proof. They say like attracts like, but thats not always true. I just lived in a house in New Orleans, where a murder had been commmited and tried to help the the spirit......I am psychic and have helped a spirit over in the past, but never had experience with a manevolent ghost.....a hater....
So enough of that. Just wanted to explain, why I know so much about psychic cleansing.
