I also think that these 3 are too much for a beginner. I would recommend working with the Star Exercise first, alone, for at least one month, doing it with dedication when rising in the morning and right before going to bed at night. Then add LBRP and working it with the Star Exercise for the next month then add the Middle Pillar the third month....and this still may be too much of a rush to learn and add all three. A person needs to pace themselves and live the practices getting to know them and themselves at the same time. Lesrning slowly and naturally the beneficial effects and how they manifest naturally in one's own daily life. Don't rush! I didn't add LBRP into my regular routine until my 2nd or 3rd year of practice...I think it may have been that long...I may be wrong, it could have been sooner...but I'm not certain. What do you all think?
