I should have and would have responded sooner to your most informative response but I have pharangytis and I detest hospitals and it took me four days to decide I should go to the doctor. Anyways. I understand what you say and when I say pyshical changes mostly its my eye color and sensations of like an icey band wraping around my chest when I get extremely engranged or hurt or something that triggers flight or fight response. I've long said I'm more animalistic than human. I'll start looking for the book you suggested.
