steering gearbox

I have a 98 disco, I have gone through 3 gearboxes in the last year and getting ready for number four, I have a 2 inch rovertym lift 245 tires. I don't have any tire wear, pulling or anything else that can lead me to the caue of the leaking gearbox so: any idea's
