If you are changing rotors, sometimes the set screw will stick. You may have to use an impact driver or drill it out. Once it is out, do not replace it, you do not need it.
Also, be sure to use LR genuine pads. Aftermarket pads can cause brake squeal, which may cause a sensor fault and trip the "three amigos"
