So, with the application of my formula (project x 3 + 2x$ = expectation) it will be 6 hours to do front and rear. Sounds easy enough, bearings and gears installed. I was going with just a rear locker and new gears in the front. Maybe that will cut time. I will call GBR soon and get the damage.
