If you order it from GBR you can have Bill send it to you with the ring and pinion and gears already installed. It comes in a bucket and you take the old one off and send the old one back to him in the same bucket. If you do that, it is as easy as unbolting and putting the new one on. Maybe a couple of hours of labor depending how hard the old one is to get off. Then there is the mandatory rest/beer breaks, so maybe 3 hours, two people, and a runner in case you need more parts or beer.
