The Arkansas Crawlers is a real active group. I am not sure if they are actually in NW Arkansas but there are several Rovers within their ranks. Tim Woolford is on this site and I bet he responds to your inquiry.

Otherwise, look for some stuff on here because depending on where in AR you are, Disney and Hot Springs both offer a pretty good selection of trails.
