2K DII swamped

I'm looking at a 2000 DII SD for sale that has had the ecu under water etc... It is dark red with a snorkel, sliders, winch, 3" lift, and Mickey Thompsons. Anyone know this truck? It is in Oklahoma City and is an Oklahoma truck. Thanks for any help. Ross
