Dear Sir,
You say our terms are acceptable to your buyer, in such case please have them issue a Letter of Intent, after receipt of which we'll provide our draft contract for review. It is the most important for us that buyer accepts to deal under our outlined procedure, otherwise we cannot have a deal.
It is a rule in our company to correspond in writing for several reasons, the main one being that this is a very large transaction and on a deal of this size there must be a team of top people working. All correspondence is reviewed by several top managers as well as our legal department, so I ask that you address all your concerns in writing for us to properly review and handle.
