Daniele, if you have the funds, your bank should be happy to help you. If you don't have the funds, then, what are you trying to accomplish? I hope "fraud" is not your response.
I have a bank in Germany that once you deposit your funds with them (they have "A" rating by Moodys) they will provide you with the service you require. But, they will not play games.
