Dear Sir,
We are in position to receive a Bank Guarantee, maturing in 1 year. Our company will be named a beneficiary under this BG. The face value of BG is 350.0 Million Euros, the issuing bank is SBERBANK, Moscow, Russia. We are seeking to discount his BG upon issuance.
The essence of the procedure:
1) After the contract is signed, BG issuing bank will issue MT-799 in investor's name to the bank coordinates, designated by the investor ;
2) MT-103 in issued in our name by investors bank;
3) MT-760 (BG) is issued to the investor on bank coordinates designated;
4) MT-103 becomes available to our company upon receipt and acceptance of MT-760 by investor's bank.
We are inviting consultants, brokers, etc. able to assist in bringing in an investor to discount such BG. Commissions offered to this party is 2%
The format of BG is available upon request.
