Unseasoned MTN For Sale

I have an Unseasoned (New Issue) MTN for sale from serious provider. It is 65+1, funds first, POF required for the first tranche. Minimum amount 10B. Seller's side is closed. I am the gatekeeper and the first in the buyer's side. I will reply and send procedures only to serious requests from real buyers. Shoppers or chains of brokers are not entertained.
