USD Provider Requested

We need a real and performing USDP for a USD vs EURO transaction, 15/10, USD moves first. We do not send any confidential documents or POF upfront to unauthorized persons. They can be exchanged only by authorized mandate to authorized mandate or principal to principal. We do not deal with facilitators, we need to put the mandates in direct contact.
