My name is Todd A. Welch, and I good sources for BG's, CD, MTN's, CMO's, PPP's, and etc. I have a few questions to ask you.

1. Are you the principal buyer? If not, where do you stand?
2. What is/are your current requirements?
3. Are you or the buyer Ready, Willing, and Able to follow through to the end?
4. What amount are you looking to invest in?
5. What bank(s) are you looking to trade in?
6. What purpose will the instrument be used for?7. Have you or your buyer closed a deal before?
