RESPONSE FOUND IN CAPITAL LETTERS (SEE BELOW).
1. What are the basic red flags about fraudulent or Joker Broker PPPs? Pings? Blocked funds?
ANSWER: THE PROCEDURES. SIMPLE AS THAT. MOST PEOPLE HERE HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING. IN THE REAL WORLD A "PPP" IS A "NO-NO" TERM. THE NEW TERM IS CALLED "MANAGED BUY-SELL" (MBS). BLOCKED FUNDS ONLY HAPPEN ONCE THE INVESTOR AGREES TO PARTICIPATE IN A "MBS" AND THE FUNDS EITHER MOVE TO THE TRADER'S BANK / SECURITIES HOUSE OR ARE BLOCKED BY THE CLIENT ON BEHALF OF THE TRADING PLATFORM. "PING" SYSTEM IS ALSO A "NO-NO-NO". HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE PROCEDURE AND BANKS DO NOT ALLOW THAT. NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU, IT IS "JOKER-BROKER" PROCEDURE TO RIP YOU OFF.
2. How are legitimate PPPs able to make the returns that they make? Is it because the MTNs are purchased at a spread?
ANSWER: IT IS PART OF THE "MBS" CONTRACTS BETWEEN BANKS, TRADERS AND PLATFORM MANAGERS. HEDGE FUND MANAGER AND DARK POOL MANAGER LOVE THIS TYPE OF TRANSACTION AS THE "ROI" IS ALWAYS HONORED.
BOTTOM LINE:
THE WHOLE PROCESS IS A BIT COMPLICATED AND I SPEND THE WHOLE EVENING SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL OF YOU. MAY I SUGGEST YOU "GOOGLE" THE FOLLOWING TERMS?
"DEFINE DARK POOL TRADING"
"DEFINE HEDGE FUNDS"
THAT SHOULD KEEP YOU BUSY FOR A FEW WEEKS.
