Hey Ben Dover...some questions for you

I've been reading your posts and it is apparent that you aren't a Joker Broker and are skeptical of most of the garbage that is posted about MTNs and PPP.

I have a few questions for you:

1. What are the basic red flags about fraudulent or Joker Broker PPPs? Pings? Blocked funds?

2. How are legitimate PPPs able to make the returns that they make? Is it because the MTNs are purchased at a spread?
