Seller has 100MT's for sale @ 10% Net 2% Commissions. Buyer chooses destination of Refinery in Singapore or Hong Kong for smelting.
The Buyer must come to Manila and the seller is prepared to fly the buyer all expenses paid - flight, hotel, meals etc - there to show them the current stocks they have in their warehouse as proof of product.

I have just gotten off a long telecon with my partners in the Manila - I have convinced them to do away with the Escrow account as it has resulted
in buyer resistance.
I have also convinced them to include in the contract a clause that will allow the buyers to retrieve their SBLC should we fail to perform.
I have also convinced then to issue a Bank Performance Guarantee instead of an Insurance Company Performance Guarantee.
I have also arrange to allow the buyer due to the "Different" nature of this offer to order 700kg as the first transaction therefore requiring a
smaller SBLC. After a successful fist transaction we can sit down and negotiate increasing amounts as the buyer feels comfortable with.
