You are in a tuff position. I just check with my contact in London. Here is the problem, although the local bank has no federal/State Charter in the US they do have "foreign registered office" in the US and it does have a major cooresponding account for US dollars with a major top 4 US bank. You did say part of the project is in US. Are they be paid in US dollars or pound sterling? I guess the question is this, is your he avoiding the US G-men/IRS or US banking rules?
