I think Dan is great too. But our team wins the same number of games with Farber, Roc Boys QB Alleson (sp?), Mike Leonardi, etc. And I agree with #2 being 500 miles away taking calls directly from Dan doesn't put you in a good spot to really understand the team or its players.
