Well we are down to the last week and there are actually games that matter.
Falcons V Old School - This is the game of the week for me because it has serious complications. The loser is most likely done. I say likely because even if the Falcons win they need to win by 2 scores (with at least 1 conversion) and the Legends to lose. OS looked good the last few weeks and the Falcons played the RocBoys very tough so both teams are coming in confident. Experience and hunger are the keys here as the Falcons are more experienced as a playoff team and OS may be more hungrier. Which one wins out. I am picking the Falcons here because they know they have to win the game so they have a higher sense of urgency. The Falcons by a score but that will not get them in the playoffs. So moral victory will have to do.
NJE v Rush - This should be the game of the week but it doesn't have that feel to me. If this game would have been played earlier it would have meant more. Rush has a chance to get the #1 seed for the playoffs and be the 1st to knock off NJE this season but their shacky offense makes that highly unlikely. I think if NJE takes this game seriously it could be over by halftime. My guess here is they do just enough to win and rest their starters save any injuries going into the playoffs. NJE by 2 scores
RocBoys v Eagles - Rocboys will have a chance to work on some things here as they have been a bit shaky on offense. Eagles looked to be more improved earlier this year but have fallen off of late. RocBoys will look to get on track before play-offs so I see them getting back on track. RocBoys by 3 scores here.
Legends v AO - Pushing a game to 2:30pm to ensure you get most of your team out is lame. I don't know why Dan would accommodate this but it is what it is. I don't think it will matter. AO is playing angry ball and the Legends are limping to the finish. Legends will most likely make the playoffs even with a loss here so I don't see them playing with a sense of urgency. AO by 2 scores here.
Chaos v Jokers - The battle of the win-less teams. I dubbed the game last year between Chaos and Iron Eagles (win-less teams) "The Toilet Bowl". Chaos won that game last year and finds itself in the same situation again. Thus this game is dubbed "Toilet Bowl II". I predicted correctly Chaos would look to the Jokers for there only victory and here we are. Jokers had 7 guys last week v NJE and played there asses off. I would pick the Jokers because of the heart that they have displayed throughout the season but I don't know if they will come with 8 guys. Chaos is bad but not bad enough to lose to a bad team with less players. Chaos will get their victory but it won't be easy. Chaos by a score.
