I do remember Mercy rule in the playoffs against LOD. However, the punting was a running into the kicker which gave NJE a 5 yrd penalty resulting in a 1st down bc it was 4th and 1. That being said, even if LOD got the ball you would have had to drive it 50-60 + yrds for a td, and given we let up 40 pts all of last season......I liked our chances. Karim, we always respect LOD and would love for you to come back!! Hopefully we see you out there!!
