Ok, I was in town today. Glasford is a few miles from Mapleton, which is where the west end of TP&W ends. I saw a big Sterling high rail truck on the tracks with a tree trimmer and a cherry picker on it. My mom works for the village of Glasford and she said they are trimming trees along the tracks. I also heard they are building an ethanol plant in Canton, which is on the west end and they are going to need tracks to transport their stuff. I'm just wondering if they are reopening the tracks up here. They shut them down in 2001. I'd be happy to see trains go by again.
