Gentlemen,
In life when undertaking any task we will often fall short if we approach it unprepared. We will often fall short if we take things for granted. In football the same rule applies. If we do not practice then we will not be ready. If players do not show up on game day then we will not be ready. Saturday Night we were not ready. We were missing 4 out of 5 starting offensive linemen. We were missing Dbacks and Linebackers and in the end we fell short because we were unprepared. Two weeks ago we lost to Boston because we took for granted that we just had to show up. Boston showed up with attitude and desire. They clearly did their homework on us. They wanted it more. There were many things about this season that were off. Going into 2012 the problem has to be corrected if The Nor'easter wants as a team to be competitive. Players need to buy into the system and follow the direction of the team not their own agenda. There will be diffences of opinion on this and criticism I'm sure but let's face it, it is what it is. There are those who did what they were supposed to do week after week but in order for a team to be successful eveyone needs to be on the same page.
