Start today, drink as much water as you can and when you think you can't drink any more, keep drinking. You have today and tomorrow to get your body as hydrated as possible.
If you're going out tonight or tomorrow and having a few "drinks" at the club or at the house, drink even more water.
I don't need to remind you how hot it is out there and you're body is sweating and losing water without you even doing anything in this kind of heat. I don't want to see anyone cramp up or get heat exhaustion on Sunday night... We got work to do.
