If it is not shaking now, then it (might) be fine. Otherwise, you are bound to the process of ellmination. I would also question the original installation of this clucth/flywheel combo. If the master cylinder is as old as the car, then take care of this. If the shake or bounce continues when you engage and disengage the clutch pedal, then it has to be the rotating assembly---something warped, either the clutch disc or the flywheel; or an improper installaton.
If everything checks out here and you still have the same problem, then you might want to check the crankshaft end play.
