There is no sleeving procedure for this block that I know of--even if there was a procedure, I would not recommend this at all. The only solution is to use oversize pistons with fresh bores; or find another block in good shape. This way, you can use the BMW oversized pistons. The other alternative is to send one of your pistons out to a piston company and have them make you six pistons. Most companies that I know of make even sizes only. Here, again, you would be dealing with forgings, so basic street use would not be the best. All in all, I would look around for another block before I would consider something like sleeves. You would disrupt the whole block structure with these inserts. Plus you would be spending too much money for something that would perhaps fail, sooner or later. The last resort would be to get either the M90 block or the M5 block, brand new from the factory with pistons, both of which are not as expensive as some would believe. Hope this helps.
