Zane. Your name was given to me as you being the M90 engine expert. I have a 635 CSi euro 1981, m90 engine, motronic. I have dissasembled this engine after overheating it. My rebuilder tells me that two cylinders are way over tolerance: +0.9 mm over (BMW bears +0.4 mm oversized pistons at the most).
Is there any problem resleeving this block? My rebuilder is well known, and he tells me that this is common procedure. Any insights? Thanks
