I use the race version pump from Aquamist--120psi at the throttle body: meth, water, toluene or whatever I deem worthy for that particular brew :o) The system is fully mapped with a computer. Yes, there is a noticable difference during high boost applications, that is, you can increase the overall timing curves thus the increased power. My maps can switch automactically, so I don't have to worry about tuning the whole thing over again. EGT's go down a bit, too. With that said, water alone will not do much of anything unless you can alter the advance curve.
