It will idle better with the L-Jet fuel injection. Carbs can be dialed in but may not meet local smog laws. The air flow meter on the L-Jet will need to be adjusted to compensate for the lower vaccum. Best to do this with a wide-band exhaust gas meter. I'd say go for the fuel injection.
