300 degree cam

I have a 3.3L motor just freshened with a 300 degree motorsports cam. Was planning to set up with triple 45's but want to know if cam will work with '79 L-jet system in my 528i? Would I need to modify anything in L-jet system to make this work? Trying to make smog checks go smoothly....-Shawn
