Alistair MacLean catapulted me in to the world of thrillers and complex plots where characters are not always as they are first portrayed.
After 25 years of a career which took me to many different countries, I finally plucked up the courage to put my work to one side and to put pen to paper.
The looming banking crisis, the relaxation of key regulations, the growth of political spin and the growing sophistication of those who do not like the West, gave me the germ of an idea for a plot and Latent Hazard was born.
After much research and fine tuning Latent Hazard was published in December 2008 (in paperback and e-book formats).
I hope that those who like me had many happy hours reading Alistair Maclean's books will find Latent Hazard a high octane read and will enjoy the twists and turns in the plot.
