Daviot Manse, where Alistair Maclean lived for much of his childhood (1922 up until he went to study in Glasgow) is now a luxury bed & breakfast! What could be better than staying in Alistair Macleans old home while on holiday! You may even get his old room! Iv put a link up to the website,
