Does anyone remember a song from 1969 recorded by A.J.Freeman called :"When you walked out of my life." It won the Radio Luxembourg song competition that year and was only played on 208.
I managed to obtain two copies through my local record shop although it took an age to get delivered.
Lyrics:
When you walked out of my life, never thought you really meant it,
That you'd never be coming back, so i just let you go.
And you said I'd be alright, that I'd soon forget you,
I just laughed and said:"thats right, see you tomorrow girl."
But the next day did show up, and I started to worry 'bout you,
And I waited up all night,When you walked out of my life.
Chorus: And you set me free to cry...Never thought you'd ever make me break.Oh Baby, baby yea.
