There is a lot of quality options within DRM which broadcasters can use according to their programming; what quality option will RTL Group use for R.Luxembourg when it returns targeting the UK? Robust quality;yuk! low bit rates, compressed stereo and not worth bothering with!, High quality;lovely, high bite rates, CD quality sound and all in glorious stereo, THE BEST! I know what I would choose!
