Radio Luxembourg will ONLY appear on DAB in the United Kingdon if national grid wireless win the DAB application over CH4. If Radio Luxembourg didn't get on DAB in the UK because CH4 won the DAB application I personally would re-engineer 15350kHz SW tx at Junglinster Luxembourg Europe by putting a 360degree beam omnidirectional antenna on it,apply a power of 100kW,and do some pan-european DRM tests of old archive programmes/old 208 jingles/english language announcements and 60's/70's/80's/90's and today's rock and pop and invite listeners across Europe to tune in and send reception reports that would be verified by QSLcards. It is better value for money and more economical to convert and use whatever existing AM transmitter infrastructure you have for DRM transmission than hire out facilities from 2nd party operators aka VTplc/T-systems/Radio Netherlands/TDF etc which may not be reliable as the dreadful 40kW DRM-SW transmissions to the UK showed with variable S/N ratio and sometimes no listenable audio if SW AM fading/propagation conditions are so severe or extreme.
