When will Luxy go 24:7 on DRM?

I thought this was supposed to happen at the end of last year? Why does Great Britain only get daytime hours 9-17.00UK on 7295kHz DRM SW at 40kW but Luxembourg City gets a full 24:7 transmission on 25795kHz DRM SW at a measly low power 0.15kW? It's unfair and wrong. I hope bce/rtl/clt don't renege on it's promise to transmit the english service using a pan-european DRM-SW beam and refuse to do so;that has been promised in it's annual report.
