I have had a look at the www.radioeng.co.uk website and clicked on receivers AND it looks like the Roberts/Sangean MP-40/DRM-40 sets will possibly be available possibly Feb2007! These sets have identical features like multiband AM/FM/SW/MW/LW/DAB/DRM reception,telescopic antennas,MP3 recording on SD memory cards and MP3 playback from them,external antennae socket,analogue and digital outputs for recording,station memories,RDS,and lots more besides along with multivoltage 100-250v AC and mains adapter OR 4xLR20 Alkaline or 4xR20 Zinc Chloride battery operation. Forget the other sets; the Morphy/Himalaya models are RUBBISH(and to add insult to injury)the Morphy DOESN'T have AM or FM or LW or SW either! The Roberts and Sangean sets are THE ones you should have! They'll have better performance too.
