I would have taken away the 1440 from the German service, upped the power to 300kW and used the DRM-MW modes to transmit R.Luxembourg in English to the whole of Europe with omnidirectional antennas at high quality bit rates and stereo transmissions so everybody NOT just UK listeners can tune in enjoy the service!!!
