I think you will find they are not available in Europe yet either, when that promotional video was done (early this year) they expected the DRM sets in the shops by Xmas this year but, as we all know these things ALWAYS get delayed, even if they did get to the shops by this Xmas apart from a few anoraks (me included) would buy one but for what really Luxy? I've had DRM for over 2 years now and there really is nothing worth listening too even Luxy sounds poor but they are tests only.
Lets wait and see what happens in 2006 it is only 4 weeks away.
