6 goals or objectives?? The one I inherited was 2 goals with 9 objectives under each goal. I can understand that this is an involved case, but I still think we should be reasonable and write goals/objectives that are attainable in a year's time. Otherwise, at the annual review there is more bad news than good. And I don't think this looks good. My opinion.
